What if you asked a straight man and a gay man to take you on separate tours of their same hometown? Or a successful businesswoman and a working-class mom? Or even just a man and a woman? How about people of difference races? Different languages? Different ages? What would they show you? The same things? Probably not.
RIGHT WHERE YOU LIVE is a travel show with a definite twist! We will visit a different city or town in each episode. But instead of having an outsider tour the location, we will find residents, and ones with contrasting lifestyles. We'll then ask them to show us "their" city, all the places they love, where they live and work everyday, all the places that make that hometown right for them. And we'll come away with distinctly different views and opinions from the best tour guides of all.
